The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), America’s most influential foreign-policy think tank (and the Oligarchs of this age, as many believe it to be) believes that the WAR ON DRUGS on the Mexican-American border is a LOST CAUSE. Thus, RECOMMENDS the Federal US Gov’t. “to legalize the production, sale, taxation and consumption of marijuana.”

EVEN the Higher Ups are saying it to be,it WILL BE. Just you all wait and see.

    Did they really think the same old method is going to yield them better results, as long as they keep doing what they’re doing? I mean, the logic being elementary enough suggests that, the same formula isn’t going to arrive at a different outcome without any changes in the variables.
